Top 5 Business Apps on Android in Portugal: Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, several business apps on the Android platform showcased notable performance in Portugal. Here’s a closer look at the top five apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

CTT - Correios de Portugal experienced a fluctuation in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 14.9K in mid-December. Active users increased significantly from 56K at the start of the quarter to over 83K by the end.

Microsoft Teams maintained a strong presence with weekly downloads reaching a high of 8.8K in late October. Active users saw a significant dip in the last weeks, dropping from over 691K to around 450K.

Microsoft Authenticator showed a decline in downloads towards the end of the quarter, with numbers falling from 5K to just over 4K. Active users also decreased, starting from 237K and closing the quarter at 208K.

Zoom Workplace saw steady weekly revenue, peaking at $701 in early October. Downloads began strong but tapered off, finishing at just over 2K. Active users similarly declined, ending the quarter at approximately 89K.

EDP reported consistent download activity, peaking at 5K in the final week of December. Active users remained stable throughout the quarter, with slight fluctuations around the 50K mark.
